Terms & Conditions

  • The Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
  • The Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from its use.
  • The Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, negligence, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.
  • All shipments to the LEVEL5 facility must be freight paid. LEVEL5 reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered under the Warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.

I’ve been doing drywall for over 20 years and have tried about every brand of knives on the market. These are the best knives I have ever used. Excellent fit and finish and high quality materials. Well balanced with perfect amount of blade flex.

I've purchased these before and they work perfectly as expected from Level5. With these in hand I'm able to tape and finish all of my work smoothly and efficiently. I like that all the handles are made from a material that is essentially slip resistant and with the hammer ends on each one, I never need to switch to another. The stainless steel also means I never need to worry about any rust on the surface of my knives. My reason for purchasing another set isn't because the previous set didn't last, im sure it'd still be using them had I been more careful.

I’ve been using level 5 tool’s since 2018 , I have 31 years in the drywall business. Through my years I’ve tried many different brands of knives , pans etc you name it . I first saw level 5 knives on Amazon figured I’ll give them a go , and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Probably some of the best tools I’ve used in my career and will continue to use them. Love the weight, quality and comfort they provide and will be the only tools I use till I retire. Keep up the great work over there don’t change anything.
