For its premium stainless steel hand tools, specifically its one-piece welded joint knives and all stainless steel taping and joint knives with soft grip handles, LEVEL5 Tools, LLC. ("LEVEL5") offers a Lifetime warranty to the original owner that these products will be free from defects in material and function. This warranty is valid only in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. A one (1) year warranty applies in all other countries/markets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
  • The Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from its use.
  • The Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, negligence, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.
  • All shipments to the LEVEL5 facility must be freight paid. LEVEL5 reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered under the Warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.

Love level 5 tools. For me they are the best. Slightly shorter handle than other brands and took a minute to get used to but love the stainless steel and have had a blast using them.

Beautifully made tool. The handle is comfortable, the fit and finish and care that obviously went into the manufacturing of this tool makes it obvious that Level 5 takes pride in their products. The flex is just right for applying and smoothing patching joint compound and spackle. The stainless steel blade is very nice -- don't have to worry about rusting. The lifetime warranty provides peace of mind, but this putty knife is so well made I don't anticipate it ever failing. I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled because this tool is so nice it's nearly a work of art.

Excellent drywall knife! I had no idea that there was any company out there putting out products that make everything else seem like you got it from a bargain bin. Everything about this knife is exactly how you want it to be to get first class results. The S.S. polished blade with all the sharp edges just barely taken off, made this knife a pleasure to use, and clean. I will definitely be looking forward to replacing my other hand tools from this company. The high level of quality shows. You won’t be disappointed.

Do you have a Blackstone griddle? Trash the Blackstone scrapper in lieu of this. You won't regret the switch. This thing works great for cleaning the griddle.
